Well-furnished and spacious villas and mansion have beautiful lake-views that may keep you glued to your windows all the time.

Under the shade of the green coconut parasols, there are twelve Heritage Villas and fifteen Lake View Villas. These are far removed from one another for the full enjoyment of the privacy of yourself and your companion/s with no interference from any neighbour and for experiencing the unique environment all around. There is also a Lake Mansion overlooking the lake, with two-storied comfort, for each family.

Heritage Villas

These are Duplex Cottages with a living room down stairs with attached bathroom and a bedroom on top with a spacious balcony overlooking the water expanses. These cottages have been constructed according to the principles of traditional Kerala architecture, incorporating all the elements of Vasthu and thachushasthra. The Heritage Villas are ideal for honeymooners and small families and there are twelve of them.

Lake View Villas

These are independent cottages overlooking the lake, each with one large bedroom with attached open air bathroom and a spacious sit out. Made in French architectural style, with all modern amenities, these villas are ideal for the leisure tourists, MICE segment and families. There are fifteen of these villas in Aquasserenne.

Lake Mansion

This is a presidential suite room consisting of a spacious bedroom, a living room and an open air bath room overlooking the lake. Made in traditional and time-proven Kerala architecture, with old heritage elements aesthetically integrated, the Lake Mansion conforms to the ideals of Thachushatra, Vasthu and other conventional principles of residential construction. The feel of water on all three sides will enhance your feeling of creature comfort and lavish luxury.

General Conditions for Credit Facility

No staff shall give any credit to any guest or corporate or travel agent without a proper sanction from the General Manager or Accounts Department. Any credit facility given shall be an unauthorized credit and the team member shall be personally liable for the same. In the event of credit not being realized before the disbursement of current month salary, the management shall be constrained to hold back the salary. It is also clarified that such team members will not be paid any reimbursement of expenses for recovery of funds or any duty leave for the same. It shall be their personal liability.

Credit facility also means Bill to company

After inquiries into the status/position/behavior/payment of the party, the management will decide to approve or not to approve any credit, the limit of possible credit amount and the period up to which credit can be allowed.

Kindly direct the guest/travel agent/corporate to apply for the credit facility on a standard format, which need to have the complete details of the concerned organization along with the relevant documents.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of any cancellation, the reservation department will request the TA / Company to give a Notice in advance as follows:

Retention charges will be applicable for all cancellations if not received within the notice period. Any cancellation/reduction in number of rooms that have been confirmed and not utilized will be liable for a retention.
